Student Council

Welcome to our brand new Student Council who are all enthusiastic and energetic in their ideas to improve our school.   Our school fundraising aim this year is to buy a new sound and lighting system for our hall and we have lots of events coming up to help raise money and achieve ths goal.

The first activity, the Halloween disco, was a great success.

All the pupil voice groups will be working closely together this year to support us as a Rights Respecting School and some of the Student Council members have already joined some of our Rights Respecting Ambassadors to deliver our first assembly on a right to an education(Article 28). They were all exceptional!

Following on from the Halloween Disco, the Student Council supported a Christmas Crafts event which raised a fabulous £450 for our school. Thank you to all the parents that have supported this and had a very enjoyable time with their children.

On the back of this, they are planning an Easter Crafts event so if you missed out Chrstmas, you can join us for this one.

They also would like to run another School Sleepover - more details to follow.

Thank you to all who attended our Easter Crafts - a fantastic time was had by everyone and lots of mmoney was raised for our school souns system.

The Sleepover is to take place on 13th June and will be available to Years 4 and 5 - more details will follow nearer the date.
